DESCRIPTION:Fresh off his recent Grammy Award win\, saxophonist and compos
 er Remy Le Boeuf returns to the Nocturne stage to host a special evening 
 of original modern jazz shaped by strong melodies\, deep interplay\, and 
 adventurous improvisation. Remy is joined by Jack Dunlevie - Piano\, Hunt
 er Roberts - Bass and Dru Heller - Drums. Le Boeuf is the founder of the 
 jazz orchestra\, Assembly of Shadows\, and the Chief Conductor of the Nor
 dkraft Big Band. He has worked with a range of collaborators including th
 e Jazz at Lincoln Center Orchestra with Wynton Marsalis\, Linda Oh\, HAIM
 \, JACK Quartet\, Dayna Stephens\, and his twin brother Pascal\, with who
 m he co-leads the experimental quintet\, Le Boeuf Brothers. Le Boeuf's li
 st of honors include commissions from Chamber Music America\, and the Sym
 phonic Jazz Orchestra\, as well as 7 ASCAP Young Composer Awards\, the BM
 I Charlie Parker Jazz Prize\, and the Copland House Residency Award. Le B
 oeuf is the Director of Jazz and Commercial Music Studies at the Universi
