 hing in Colorado for 33 years. Matt earned a B.A. in Music from Metro Sta
 te University in 2002 where he studied with the great Ron Miles. Ron was 
 an original member of the Skellenger group from 2006-2014\, and he is fea
 tured on the group's first 3 albums. Matt has also studied with world ren
 owned bassist and educator Victor Wooten. In addition to leading his own 
 group\, Skellenger performs in solo\, duo\, and trio formats. He is also 
 a member of the Grown A$$ Man Band. Matt has been a music teacher at Swal
 low Hill since 2008. Matt Skellenger Group has released 8 albums of origi
