 on: Global healthcare expenditures have risen steadily over decades\, dri
 ven by factors such as economic growth\, technological innovation\, and p
 opulation aging. Among these factors\, income (GDP) and technological inn
 ovation are two major determinants of healthcare expenditure growth. In t
 his section\, I will present four of my papers that investigate the relat
 ionship between income\, technological innovation\, and healthcare expend
 itures across 34 Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (
 OECD) countries\, as well as for individual countries\, including Austral
 ia\, the United States\, and Israel. These research contribute to address
 ing the continuing challenges faced by healthcare systems worldwide\, inc
 luding developing effective policies\, selecting optimal implementation s
 trategies to achieve policy objectives\, such as cost containment\, impro
 ved access\, and better healthcare outcomes\, and identifying appropriate
  metrics for evaluating the performance and impact of health system polic
