Homebuying 101, presented by CHFA

Join the Homebuying 101 workshop presented by the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA). Through their statewide network of approved lenders, CHFA offers home purchase loans and grants; and second mortgage loans for down payment and/or closing cost assistance. They sponsor free homebuyer education across the state in English and Spanish to help prepare you for homeownership. This workshop is open to students, alumni, faculty and staff.
