Coaching Fundamentals - Employee workshop Coaching helps to build the capacity of people and organizations through coaching dialogue. This workshop focuses on the coaching dialogue to support the employee’s overall growth. Coaching Fundamentals helps individuals gain skills that help others work toward ambitions, whatever they may be.
