A skills-based training course that teaches participants about mental health and substance use concerns. In the Mental Health First Aid course, you can learn: -Where to turn for help -Strategies for how to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations -Risk factors and warning signs for mental health and addiction concerns Participants must register one week prior to the training. Friday, September 11 from 9am-3pm in Wellness Center Seminar Room Friday, October 9 from 9am-3pm on Zoom (link will be sent after registration) Friday, November 13 from 9am-3pm in Wellness Center Seminar Room
