Elevating Connections invites you to our 10th Annual Poetry Jam, "Still Becoming", an unforgettable evening celebrating the voices and creativity of youth and young adults who have experienced foster care. Through poetry, spoken word, music, storytelling, and visual art, young people will share their truths, honor where they have been, and remind us that their stories are still being written.
