Challenging Conversations and Feedback - Employee workshop (virtual) Delivering and receiving feedback can be a daunting task; however, with the right intention, any message can safely be communicated and heard. During this engaging workshop, participants will gain a strong understanding of how communication in a collaborative setting begins with being empathetic to perspectives, learning to actively listen and using tools to be fully present.
