Trail Rebuild Day – Service Trip
Saturday, October 3 · 8 am–4 pm
at Lola and Rob Salazar Student Wellness Center

Join Outdoor Adventure and Student Life to tackle a service project at Roxborough State Park. We will be working with Volunteers Colorado to create water-resilient trails. Volunteers will help restore and build low trail crossings, shallow channels, and drains, that guide rainwater off the trail and into the surrounding drainage areas. This work helps keep water from flowing straight down the trail, reducing erosion and making the trail more durable during future storms. Expect to get your hands dirty! All experience levels are welcome to attend. Date: Sat, Oct 3rd | 8:00 am-4:00 pm – Bring lunch and snacks for the day – Transportation and park entrance fee provided Registration: You must register with Volunteers Colorado!
