Jason Greenlaw Quartet plays George Benson

Jason Greenlaw returns to the stage with his quartet to explore the music and deep grooves of the great George Benson . This exceptional quartet featuring Tom Amend on piano, Patrick McDevitt on bass, and BK Kahn on drums will play some of Benson's most famous compositions along with rarely performed deep cuts. Jason Greenlaw is a Denver-based guitarist and composer who works across a number of genres including jazz, soul, rock, and funk. Trained at the University of Pittsburgh under Joe Negri and Geri Allen, and has shared the stage with Takuya Kuroda, The Headhunters, The Sugarhill Gang, Kurt Rosenwinkel, and the Pittsburgh Opera amongst others. Jason currently plays with Hazel Miller and the Collective, Sean Applebee and Beyond, and leads a number of his own original genre bending projects.
