Join the Constructive Conflict at Work GROW Workshop to build or refresh your conflict resolution skills. The workshop begins by analyzing and reflecting on your personal approach to conflict. After gaining an understanding of your baseline, the workshop will introduce skills related to having hard conversations with colleagues. The workshop will conclude with practice, which will include developing personal strategies to become more prepared and resilient in conflict.
