9News U.S. Senate Debate hosted by MSU Denver on the Auraria Campus

Metropolitan State University of Denver and 9NEWS will host a U.S. Senate debate between U.S. Sen. John Hickenlooper and state Sen. Mark Baisley on Wednesday, Oct. 14, at the King Center on the Auraria Campus. Join the live audience for the one-hour debate, moderated by 9NEWS journalists Kyle Clark and Marshall Zelinger. Candidates U.S. Sen. John Hickenlooper (D) has served in the U.S. Senate since 2021 and previously served Colorado governor and mayor of Denver. State Sen. Mark Baisley (R) has represented Colorado Senate District 4 since 2023 and previously served in the Colorado House of Representatives.
