Musical Style: Jazz The Jaik Hakkarinen Quintet is celebrating the release of their debut album "The Down Lo" at Dazzle September 20th! Comprised of some of the finest musicians in Colorado, this quintet looks forward to performing original compositions featured on the record and leave audience members feeling uplifted and inspired! Jaik Hakkarinen is a drummer based out of Denver, Colorado. As a performer, he has performed both nationally and abroad with the likes of Randy Brecker, Greg Gisbert, Rocky Winslow, Nani Vazana, Shingo Maeyama, and others at venues & festivals such as Dazzle Denver, the Five Points Jazz Festival, Atom Jazz Fest, and the Telluride Jazz Festival.
