Opened in November 2023 as the chain's 21st Colorado store and its downtown flagship, this is a two-level operation on Wewatta with a full prepared-foods program, a Birdcall counter, and a bar you can drink at while someone else finishes the shopping. It draws the Union Station condo crowd, conference attendees from the hotels, and anyone who wants lunch that is not a restaurant. The hot bar at noon is the busiest twenty feet in LoDo. Parking is validated in the garage below.
Why go. The most convenient real lunch counter and grocery run in the Union Station blocks.
Validate in the underground garage off Wewatta; street parking here is the worst kind of expensive.
