CorePower Yoga - LoDo
Heated vinyasa on a seven-day schedule, a few blocks off Coors Field
CorePower started in Denver in 2002 and this is its LoDo studio, on Lawrence at 20th, a short walk from the ballpark and the Dairy Block. The formats are standardized across the whole company — C1 for fundamentals, C2 for heated vinyasa, Yoga Sculpt with hand weights and a loud playlist — and that is precisely why people use it: you know what the class is before you open the door. Doors are open 6am to 10pm every day of the week, which is unusual for a yoga studio and useful if your schedule is not.
Why go. A 6am or a 9pm class, seven days a week, with no guessing about what you are walking into.
Evening C2 classes fill up — reserve on the app rather than turning up and hoping for a mat space.
