Fogo de Chão

The big Brazilian steakhouse chain, 300 seats, one block from Union Station.

Fogo de Chão's Denver location fills a large brick warehouse space at 15th and Wynkoop, a block south of Union Station, and seats more than 300. The drill is the chain's: a fixed price for continuous tableside carving of picanha, lamb, and chicken, a Market Table of salads and sides, and a card you flip to green or red. Bar Fogo runs an all-day happy hour with $6 beers. Parking is validated for dinner weeknights and all weekend. It is corporate and consistent, and it handles conventions and birthday tables without strain.

Why go. Large groups, out-of-town guests, and anyone who wants unlimited meat and no decisions.

Lunch is the cheapest full-rodizio price of the day, and weekend brunch is quieter than a Saturday dinner.
