Belles & Boots opened April 4, 2025 in the room that was Sports Column for almost thirty years, half a block from Coors Field. It is a full-tilt country bar: line-dancing lessons, a mechanical bull, DJs Thursday through Saturday, bottle service if you want it and a Southern-leaning bar menu. It is a weekend-night place first, and the crowd is young and loud. As a game-day option it is the closest thing LoDo has to a honky-tonk.
Why go. A place to line dance within sight of the ballpark, which downtown did not have before.
Thursday is the calmer night and the free dance lesson is easier to get into; Friday and Saturday expect a door line after 10.
