Frank Bonanno built this food hall in 2018 inside the Dairy Block; Sage Hospitality bought it in 2023 and spent 2024 and 2025 rebuilding the lineup, opening the stalls to outside operators for the first time. What you get now is eleven counters covering sandwiches, pizza and pasta, fried chicken, dumplings, salads, ice cream and a bar in the middle, with Marczyk Fine Foods arriving in early 2026. Entrance at 19th and Wazee. No reservations, but big groups are fine.
Why go. Eleven kitchens and a bar means a group of eight can stop arguing about where to eat.
Order ahead and collect at each stall's kiosk counter; parking in the Dairy Block garage runs about five dollars through SpotHero.
