Milk Market opened June 1, 2018 as Frank Bonanno's sixteen-concept food hall in the Dairy Block, was sold to Sage Hospitality in 2023, and was rebuilt around a new lineup in 2024 and 2025. As of August 2026 the counters are Bos Butcher & Deli, Brunch, Cornicello (ice cream), Fuso Pasta & Pizza, Gaspucci's Bakery, Green Huntsman (salads and poke), Lucky Bird Fried Chicken, a small Marczyk Fine Foods grocery, Moo Bar and Lon Symensma's YumCha, around a central bar and a game room. It is two blocks from Coors Field, which is why it is fullest at 5pm on a home night.
Why go. Ten kitchens under one roof for a group that can't agree, two minutes from the ballpark.
Come in from the Alley on the Wazee side; the Blake Street door puts you at the bar first.
