Marczyk Fine Foods at Milk Market
The Denver grocer's first downtown counter, opened inside the food hall
Marczyk Fine Foods, the independent Denver grocer with stores on 17th Avenue and Tennyson, took a spot inside Denver Milk Market in early 2026 as part of Sage Hospitality's push to bring outside operators into the hall. Bread, sustainably raised meat from a real butcher counter, Italian imports and Colorado-made pantry goods. It is the only place in this stretch of LoDo where you can buy raw ingredients rather than a finished plate, which matters if you live in one of the apartments above.
Why go. Actual groceries, from an actual butcher, in a neighborhood that has almost none.
Use the butcher counter rather than the packaged case; they will cut to order and the price is fair.
