Lon Symensma's dumpling counter, now a stall inside the food hall
Note: this place moved. OSM still places YumCha at 1520 16th Street. ChoLon Restaurant Concepts now lists only four locations, and the only YumCha among them is the Denver Milk Market stall at 1800 Wazee Street.
Chef Lon Symensma started YumCha in 2021 as a standalone Asian street food room; the surviving location is a counter inside Denver Milk Market, opened in July 2025 when Sage Hospitality began letting outside operators into the hall. Dumplings, noodles, and bao done with the same technique that keeps ChoLon busy up the street, at a fraction of the price and none of the ceremony. You order at the stall and eat at a communal table with someone else's pizza next to you.

It closes at eight most nights, earlier than the bar in the middle of the hall, so eat before you settle in for drinks.
