Multi-room art lounge on Larimer with DJs running until two
Mockingbird cleared its liquor license in August 2024 and opened as a lounge built by artists, with themed rooms drawing on Egypt, Japan and India and installation work you walk through rather than look at. Cocktails at the front, dance floor at the back, DJs Thursday through Saturday from 9pm. Open Wednesday through Sunday, evenings only, and it doubles as a private event space. Go for the rooms as much as for the music.
Why go. A club that looks like something other than a club.
Get there before 10pm on a Saturday; the line forms once the DJ starts.
