The bar at the front of Denver Milk Market, the food hall Frank Bonanno opened in the Dairy Block in 2018 and sold to Sage Hospitality in 2023. Roughly sixty seats in the corner, natural light off Wazee, table service for cocktails and a short menu, and the useful part: you can carry in food from any other stall in the hall and eat it here. That makes it the default answer when four people want four different dinners. Monday all-day happy hour runs noon to eight. It is a food-hall bar, not a destination cocktail room, and it does not pretend otherwise.
Why go. One table, one drinks tab, and everyone eats whatever they want.
Monday is all-day happy hour from noon to 8pm, which is the only quiet day in the hall.
