Mary Nguyen's cafe and bakery, now inside the station.
Olive & Finch, the Denver all-day cafe group known for its pastry case and its sandwiches, opened a Union Station eatery as part of the building's 2025 tenant refresh, joining its Little Finch counter on 16th Street a few blocks away. Expect the same formula: good coffee, pastries, salads and sandwiches to eat in or carry onto the train.
Why go. A quick, well-made breakfast or lunch inside the station that isn't a chain.
Take it out to the plaza tables when the hall is loud.
