Opened in 2018 on the ballpark side of Blake, and it has held a specific niche since: a bar that takes cocktails and sparkling wine seriously without making a production of it, and that will also sell you fried chicken and a French dip at midnight. Small, dark, friendly, no dress code and no pretense. It goes 21-plus from 9pm on Friday and Saturday but is happy to seat families before that. The patio catches the after-game crowd coming down from Coors Field.
