Room for Milly
Twenties-styled cocktail room that opened three weeks before everything shut
Fiona Arnold and Jeffrey Knott, who also own Blue Sparrow Coffee down the same hallway, opened this on February 28, 2020. The room is named for Milly Parker, an invented flapper-era traveler whose fictional biography hangs on the website: olive banquettes, marble tops, copper drink rails and a wrap-around mural of palms, elephants and temples. The list runs to cachaca, calvados, sherry and rhum agricole rather than the usual six spirits, and they will build you something off a description instead. Caviar with Ritz crackers is on the menu, unironically.
