It stands on Auraria Parkway between the campus and Ball Arena, which makes it the default room for anyone in town for a Nuggets or Avalanche game or a conference at the Tivoli. Suites mean a sitting area and a sofa bed in every room. There is a taco restaurant upstairs and a breakfast spot at street level that guests consistently single out, plus a lobby market. Ball Arena is under half a mile on foot and the Auraria West light rail stop is closer than that. LoDo proper is a fifteen-minute walk over the Speer bridges.

Why go. The nearest hotel bed to Ball Arena that does not cost downtown-tower money.

Walk to the arena rather than driving — event parking along Auraria Parkway costs more than the eight minutes are worth.
