Quad Side Tavern

When Tivoli Brewing left the student union in April 2025 after ten years, the taphouse sat dark until Peak Beverage reopened it as Quad Side on October 15, 2025. There is no brewery in it now: eight rotating taps, bottles and wine, and rather more attention paid to cocktails than the old room ever gave them. The kitchen makes scratch comfort food, including a Colorado green chile smashburger and molasses garlic wings. The seating is broken up into a lounge, study tables and smaller nooks, with trivia and live music on the calendar.

Why go. Auraria has a proper bar again, and it is open to anyone, not just students.

It keeps campus hours and shuts at nine, well before a Ball Arena crowd lets out.
