A bar-forward place on Larimer at 22nd, laid out as a series of garden rooms: heavy planting, low light, set pieces you will photograph whether you meant to or not. Flatbreads and shareable plates cover the food, but the cocktail and mocktail list is the real reason people book. It is dark Monday and Tuesday, opens at 4pm Wednesday and noon the rest of the week, runs to midnight Friday and Saturday, and starts Saturday at 10am for brunch. It is built for groups and it gets loud.
Why go. A properly designed drinking room on a stretch of Larimer that otherwise runs to sports bars.
