Johnny and Kasie Curiel opened this in December 2023 in the space the Truffle Table used to hold, and it took a Michelin star in 2024, the same year Curiel won the guide's Colorado Young Chef award. The cooking is regional Mexican at a level Denver did not previously have - masa made in house, a short menu, an eight-seat counter along the pass. The room is small and deliberately plain, which keeps your attention on the plate. Book weeks out or go early and try the bar.
