A small poke counter in the 1550 Platte row where the whole menu is gluten-free, unusual enough for a cuisine built on soy sauce that celiac diners drive across town for it. Build your own or take a signature bowl; the toppings list runs long - hijiki, lotus root, enoki, crispy garlic, chili threads. Yelp put it on a national top-100 list in 2024, which the shop has not stopped mentioning. Closed Sundays, open to 7pm the rest of the week.
Why go. Sushi-grade fish in a bowl, with no gluten anywhere in the building.
Order direct through their own site rather than a delivery app - the shop says outright it's cheaper.
