Oysters and cocktails on a block that mostly stops serving at ten
Opened November 13, 2025, which makes it one of the newer rooms on this stretch of Larimer. The idea is a raw bar rather than a seafood restaurant: oysters, cold plates, unfussy fish, and a cocktail list built to sit next to them. What sets it apart in practice is the clock. The kitchen runs until midnight six nights a week, so it works after a Rockies game, after a show, or after another restaurant has already turned you out. Closed Mondays.
Why go. Late oysters within walking distance of Coors Field, which almost nothing else here offers.
It serves to midnight Tuesday through Sunday; that is the whole argument for coming after a game rather than before.
