A family restaurant working across three cuisines that share a border: Tibetan, Nepali, and North Indian. The kitchen is run on Sherpa family recipes, and the menu reads that way, with Himalayan momo and thenthuk noodle soup sitting next to tikka. It is new to this block and it does the unglamorous thing that makes a neighborhood restaurant useful: it opens at eleven and stays open until ten, every single day, including the Mondays when most of Larimer is dark. Takeout runs through the usual apps.

Why go. Momo and hand-pulled noodle soup on a street that otherwise skews expensive and closed on Mondays.

It is open seven days until 10pm, which makes it the fallback when everything else on the block is closed.
