This one sits on Chestnut Place, on the far side of the Union Station development from the Great Hall, which puts the walk to the train at about five minutes and leaves the block itself residential-quiet after dark. What you are buying is the address at chain prices with Honors points attached, not a story. Coors Field is a ten-minute walk up 20th Street.
