Marco's Coal-Fired

A coal-fired Neapolitan pizzeria on Larimer near 21st, and the only pizzeria in the state carrying Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana certification, which sets the dough, the oven and the method against the Naples original. It is listed in the Michelin Guide. Beyond pizza there are wings, salads and a bar, and the room is casual enough for a family. It sits directly on the walking route from the Larimer bars down to Coors Field, so it fills up in the hour before first pitch and empties out again once the game starts.
