NADC Burger
Wagyu smashburgers, six cocktails and skate videos in TAG's old room.
NADC Burger opened December 13, 2024, in the Larimer Square space that was Troy Guard's TAG for twelve years. It comes from pro skater Neen Williams and chef Phillip Frankland Lee, and the menu is deliberately tiny: a wagyu double smashburger with American cheese, secret sauce, onions, pickles and jalapenos, fries you can upgrade to Beast Mode, a handful of rotating cocktails and two local drafts. The room doubles as a skate shop and gallery, and it is the front door for Sushi by Scratch downstairs. Open until midnight every night, which Larimer Square otherwise is not.
Why go. A fast, very good burger with a bar attached, on the one square in LoDo that used to close early.
Go after 9pm on a weeknight; the lunch and pre-dinner lines are the omakase crowd and the curious.
