Colorado-grown malt and hops, with barbecue through the back patio
OMF opened in December 2012 on a 31-gallon system and has spent the years since chasing beers made entirely from Colorado-grown grain and hops. That constraint shows in the glass: clean lagers, a strong sour and barrel program, nothing chasing a trend. Pit Fiend BBQ sits directly behind the patio and you are welcome to carry its food inside. Open 11am to 10pm every day. Leashed dogs on the patio, supervised kids ten and under until 6pm.
Why go. Beer that actually tastes like the state it is made in.
Order at the bar, then walk out back to Pit Fiend and bring the tray in with you.
