Queen City Collective Coffee

The fifth shop from the Byington brothers, opened on Larimer in August 2024 and the most downtown of the group. Where the Santa Fe original is a roastery with a counter, this one is a working room: plenty of tables, strong free wifi, outlets, and a 6:30am open that suits people who start before the office does. The coffee is the same, sourced with the farmer relationships the company talks about more than most and roasted light enough that the filter is worth ordering black.

Why go. A downtown shop that actually wants you to sit down and work.

Weekday mornings the tables fill by eight; Saturday it closes at two, so it is a morning-only weekend option.
