A small room in the Platte Fifteen building where the drinks work backward: you describe what you want, or a flavor, or a mood, and the bartender builds it out of roughly 125 things they made themselves. There is a spirits list on the website if you like to read ahead. Protos Pizza runs the food, by the pie until quarter to nine on weeknights and by the slice after that. They also sell clarified cocktails to go. Closed only on the Fourth of July, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
