Pintxos, jamón and gin tonics under the arches of the Great Hall
Crafted Concepts opened this in 2017 along the Great Hall, serving small plates from Spain and Portugal with a proper gin tonic list. The name is what pilgrims shout to each other on the Camino de Santiago, and the format follows: a few things at a time, standing or sitting, no hurry. It keeps long hours seven days a week and runs happy hour from three to six every afternoon, which makes it the most forgiving reservation in the building. Why go. The happy hour runs daily from three to six inside the best room downtown.
Three in the afternoon on a weekday gets you the arches, the jamón and half the crowd; parties of five or more should call rather than book online.
