Whiskey-first neighborhood bar named for an 1897 bottling law
Opened in 2018 on Larimer as American Bonded, now trading simply as Bonded, and named for the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897. It is a whiskey bar that does not make you feel bad about ordering a beer. The back bar runs deep on American whiskey and Scotch, prices stay reasonable for what is behind the counter, and there is an upstairs patio that catches the evening. Live music lands late on Friday and Saturday, usually around 10pm. Doors at 5pm Tuesday through Saturday.
Why go. A serious whiskey selection without the ceremony that usually comes with it.
