Bruschetta boards and easy wine in the old bookbindery

Postino took the Denver Bookbinding Company's old building on 17th and made it a wine cafe: long communal tables, garage doors open all summer, and a board of four bruschetta you pick yourself. The wines are approachable and cheap by the glass, and the evening bottle-and-board deal is why the room fills with people in their twenties on a Tuesday. It opened in Denver in 2015 and remains the default answer for a group that wants to sit outside and not spend much.

Why go. Cheap wine, a shared board, and a patio that stays busy on a weeknight.

The bottle-and-board deal starts later in the evening - ask what time it kicks in that day.
