Uncle
The small ramen counter that started Denver's ramen conversation
Tommy Lee's ramen shop on 32nd has been filling a small room since 2012, with pork and chicken broths, steamed buns and a line that formed nightly for years before anyone else in town was doing this. The duck ramen and the snow crab buns end up on most tables. Highland is dinner only, 5pm onward; there's a second location in West Wash Park. Hours here have shifted more than once, so call rather than trusting whatever a listing tells you.
Why go. A bowl of broth good enough to justify the wait, on a cold Denver night.
Highland is dinner-only and the hours have changed before - call before you drive over.
