Queen City Collective Coffee (Wynkoop)
A Denver roaster's newest cafe, next to McGregor Square.
Queen City Collective is the Five Points-born roaster (the original is on Welton) and this Wynkoop Street cafe opened in 2025 at 19th and Wynkoop, beside McGregor Square and a block from Coors Field. Their own roasts on espresso and pour-over, a short pastry case, and a bright room that is quieter than anything inside the Square. It is a weekday place: closed Sundays and done by 2pm Saturday.
Why go. Locally roasted coffee a block from the ballpark, without the hotel-lobby markup.
It closes at 2 on Saturdays and all day Sunday, so it does not work for a weekend afternoon game; weekday mornings are the point.
