STK Denver
A DJ-driven chain steakhouse on Market where dinner is a night out.
STK is the national ONE Hospitality brand and the Denver room on Market Street, open since 2019, runs exactly like the others: a DJ in the dining room after dark, plush booths, wagyu and dry-aged cuts, the miso sea bass, and a cocktail list built for birthdays. It is a scene more than a chophouse and prices reflect it. That said, the weekday 2:30 to 6:30 happy hour and the lunch menu make it usable in daylight, and it is one of the few places in LoDo that will take a party of twelve on a Saturday.
Why go. For a loud, dressed-up group dinner steps from Union Station when the point is the party.
Book well ahead for weekend nights; if you just want the steak, go for lunch or the 2:30–6:30pm weekday happy hour at the bar.
