A Chicago import from Parker Hospitality that opened here on July 31, 2024, taking a two-level building at 16th and Central with a big patio. The menu is coastal American - raw bar, seafood towers, pastas, a lot of rose - and the room is designed to be photographed, which is a fair description of both the appeal and the limit. It works for a group, a birthday or a weekend brunch where the point is the drinks and the room. It is not where you go for a quiet dinner.
Why go. Denver's most reliable big-group patio table on the LoHi side of the river.
Weekend brunch starts at 10am and the patio goes first - get there in the first hour.
