Seven kitchens in shipping containers, two full bars, one rooftop deck
Denver's first food hall of this kind, open since 2015: small kitchens in stacked shipping containers, each run by a different operator, with two full bars serving the whole building. The current lineup includes Ama Modern Mexican, Berliner Haus, Farang Thai, Quiero Arepas and Shuck Brothers, and the roster rotates as concepts graduate or fail. The upstairs deck looks back at downtown. It solves the problem of a group who cannot agree, which is most groups.
Why go. Everyone in your party orders something different and you still sit at one table.
Claim a rooftop table first, then send people down to order; the deck fills before the food lines do.
