Odell Brewing Co - Five Points Brewhouse
Fort Collins brewery's Denver outpost, two floors and a yard
Odell has been brewing in Fort Collins since 1989, and this is its Denver brewhouse: a two-story building on Larimer with a bar on each floor and an outdoor area between them. The point of coming here rather than buying a six-pack is that the Denver site brews its own small batches alongside the 90 Shilling and the IPA everyone knows, so the tap list is not the one at your liquor store. Ratio is half a block away and Our Mutual Friend one block further, which makes the three of them a walkable afternoon.
Why go. A big established brewery that still pours something you can only get in this room.
Sunday shuts early at 6pm — Friday and Saturday run to eleven, and that is when the upstairs bar earns its keep.
